1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

2. Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.
  • The received item is different from the one ordered.
  • The product is missing original tags, labels, or packaging.

📩 Important:
If your product is damaged or incomplete, please email clear pictures of the item and the outer packaging to: themunaaz@gmail.com before discarding it.

3. Exchange Process

  • Email your exchange request with order details and images of the issue to themunaaz.@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92-310-5047796
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and if eligible, we will either:
    • Send a replacement product (if available), or
    • Issue a store credit equal to the product value, valid for 60 days.

🚫 Note: Exchange requests will not be entertained after 7 days of order delivery.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • The buyer is fully responsible for the selection of products, sizes, and quantity at the time of purchase.
  • All purchases are made in good faith. Munaaz reserves the right to decline any false or fraudulent claims.

5. Use of Customer Data

By shopping with Munaaz, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data, including:

  • Contact information (name, phone, email) for order processing.
  • Marketing materials such as newsletters, catalogs, and promotions.
  • Fraud prevention and identity verification, where required.
  • Contact in case of delivery or payment issues.

We do not sell or misuse customer information and use it only to provide a smooth shopping experience.
